ClearSky attends MDS Congress 2017

ClearSky Medical Diagnostics headed to Vancouver at the start of June for the 21st International Congress of Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders.

Hosted by the International Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society (MDS), the Congress took place from 4 to 8 June with world-renowned delegates sharing information on movement disorders.

The ClearSky team, including co-founder Dr Stephen Smith, hosted an exhibition stand at the Congress, showcasing the LID-Monitor and the PD-Monitor with a poster and product demonstrations.

Both LID-Monitor and PD-Monitor received a huge amount of interest from clinical specialists looking for devices to objectively measure patients in clinical practice and for aiding future drug trials.

The international Congress featured a broad variety of talks and events, practical skills workshops, discussion forums and opportunities for both formal and informal interaction.

All in the most amazing setting – the Vancouver Convention Centre offered fantastic views of the city of Vancouver and the great weather defied the city’s reputation for being known as ‘Raincouver’!
